SBE320 is a genderless, bipolar DC power connector (heavy-duty connector) designed for high-current battery connections. It uses rugged, stamped/copper alloy contacts in a keyed, impact-resistant thermoplastic housing. It’s intended for repeated mate/unmate cycles in harsh environments.
The housing is made of high-strength thermoplastic, polarized/keyed (genderless), robust housing for mechanical abuse, vibration resistance, it has red/grey/green/black/blue colors optional. Contacts are made of silver plated high quality copper, we mainly offer 70mm² size contacts.
Each connector is made of 1pc plastic housing, 2pcs main contacts and 1set auxiliary pins. They can integrate up to 8 auxiliary power / signal contacts along with the two primary power circuits. The auxiliary pin sets are most commonly used for battery management, safety interlocks, and intelligent charging systems. It provides cost-effective reliability, design flexibility and safety for your products’ manufacture, installation and maintenance.
For applications, they are widely used in electric forklifts and traction batteries, industrial sweepers and scrubbers, automated guided vehicles (AGVs), off-grid and DC power systems. The connector is rated for up to 10,000 mating/unmating cycles and have gained positive feedback from customers around the world.
